The Payroll Department is assigned with the accountability for the preparation, processing,
and distribution of all District payrolls and for District compliance of the rules
and regulations pertaining to and/or resulting from payroll operations including the
following:
Making accurate and timely payments to all employees on the District payrolls
Making and verifying all statutory deductions
Maintaining records, reports and making submissions required by Federal, State and other
governmental agencies pertaining to employees paid through the payroll system
Our goal is to work as a team to produce timely, accurate compensation for all work
performed. Continuous development of our technical knowledge has built our confidence
in each other, helps streamline processes and generates reliability. We constantly
research and seek to understand as well as implement the highly complex laws and regulations.
