YCCD Five Year Plan - A Strategic Vision for 2016-2021 The plan is the culmination of hard work and dedication by the District's participatory
governance group, the extended District Council. District-wide participation and enthusiasm
for planning led to a solid plan that highlights some of the YCCD priorities for enhancing
student success of our colleges and District. Community, employee, and student demographics
and data are also included.
YCCD Strategic Plan - Supplemental Report The Supplemental Report of the Yosemite Community College District Five Year Plan,
a Strategic Vision for 2016-2021 is intended to bridge the time period between the
expiration of the current report and the writing and adoption of a new strategic plan.
It is not intended to replace the expired plan or determine the content of the next
plan.
YCCD District Map The District covers a 4,500 square mile area and serves a population over 550,000
encompassing all of two counties (Stanislaus and Tuolumne) and parts of 4 others (Calaveras,
Merced, San Joaquin, and Santa Clara).
YCCD Policy and Procedures YCCD Board Policies are categorized by Section 1000-The District, Section 2000-Board
of Trustees, Section 3000-General Institution, Section 4000-Academic Affairs, Section
5000-Student Services, Section 6000-Business and Fiscal Affairs, Section 7000-Human
Resources. Committees review District policy and procedures annually and are comprised
of representatives from students, administration, MJC Academic Senate, Columbia College
Academic Senate, California School Employees Association (CSEA), Yosemite Faculty
Association (YFA), and the Board of Trustees.
