The Benefits Office is responsible for providing high-quality administrative services
of the District's fringe benefit programs including the following plans: health, dental,
vision, life, workers compensation, short and long term disability. The Benefits Office
works in close cooperation with insurance plan representatives to ensure effective
service delivery for our eligible active and retired employees.
Reporting, monitoring and tracking of Workers' Compensation claims and employee leave
programs (vacation, sick, extended sick, personal necessity, bereavement, FMLA and
Catastrophic leave plans) is also handled in the Benefits Office.
We strive to keep District staff informed with up-to-date benefits and leave information
by providing ease of access to resources, documents and online forms.
