Transportation provides necessary services for the operation of the colleges and District.
We provide safe transportation for staff and student travel. Vehicles are provided
for District staff to help maintain facilities at the college sites.
Our transportation staff performs minor and major vehicle repairs at our on-campus
facilities. Preventative maintenance is performed on passenger vehicles, trucks,
buses, motorcycles, and various off-highway-type equipment.
Mandatory equipment operator safety training and driver training/certification is
provided to staff who operate equipment and who drive commercial vehicles for the
District.
Complete this form to receive authorization to use a privately owned vehicles on District
business. Authorization expires on driver’s license expiration date or last day of
fiscal year, whichever comes first.
Authorization for Release of Driver Record Information
To be approved to drive a District vehicle for District business, YCCD will enroll
me in the Employer Pull Notice (EPN) program. This program authorizes the California
Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to disclose or otherwise make available, my driving
record, to my employer, Yosemite Community College District (YCCD).
