Effective 10/1/2015, new retirees are able to purchase Dental and Vision coverage through YCCD. This is an option ONLY at initial retirement. If you do not opt-in at retirement, or if coverage is dropped at any time, you CANNOT opt back in during subsequent open enrollment periods.
